It is a 7 bedroom 7 bath lodge approved for nightly rental and comes to your fully furnished, ready to start your rental venture. The Reunion Lodges were just started in 2019 and finished in 2021. It is one block off of the famous 76 STRIP, walking distance to nearly anything. This lodge shows beautifully and is perfect with its 2 bedrooms on the main, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms on the lower level. Multiple families can come and enjoy their reunion under the same roof! It sits pristinely on a green where you can see all the way down the length of it. When I say it sits on the course, I do not mean across the street or a long ways away. You can talk to the golfers from your deck it is so close. Check out the photos and video for the reality of it. The lodge is designer decorated and you can tell, from the finishes to the artwork, it is immaculate. THE LIGHTING, THE DINING ROOM TABLE, THE DECK SPACE are three of thing mouth dropping features you will love. The dining room table seats 10, then there are 5 bar stools at the island, and another entire dining table, kitchenette and living room downstairs. ENTERTAINMENT SPACE GALORE!The Owners love spending time at the lodge and have gotten to enjoy hundreds of hours of entertainment there.
